We recognize that a large number of community members do not take prescription medications and instead rely on holistic wellness practices as a means to better themselves. Your health and wellness is our top priority and we have ensured that appropriate safety measures have been set in place to minimize the exposure so that you can fully relax and enjoy your session. We believe that all massage is necessary for everything from pain management to mental wellness and stress relief. It is recommended that each client booking massage has a referral however it is NOT mandatory. This will ensure that contact exposure guidelines and prescreening requirements are set in place. We will be taking your temperature before entry and all clients are required to wear a face covering until we begin your massage. Our separate side entry is closer to our suites and is locked so that only studio/building personnel can gain access to it. Your therapist will come out to the parking lot and guide you in through our side entrance, instead of having you wait in our lobby area to minimize the number of people passing in and out of the building. Upon arrival we are requiring you to wait for your therapist in your car.
If this is not done, you will be turned away and your appointment will be automatically be rescheduled. We are requesting each client pre book appointments online. All clients must fill out our Covid 19 Pre-Screening form and all intake forms (including HIPPA) prior to your visit, which will be sent to you via email. With this Covid-19 scare can I still receive Massage ? If so what are you doing in studio to protect your clients?ĭue to Covid 19 we are on limited scheduling hours. The exiting will take 5 minutes unless you prepay online prior to your appointment. Depending on how long that takes and unless you are late for your appointment, we will have to end when the session is up to honor the time set aside for cleaning and sanitization prior to our next scheduled client. After your massage is completed, we will assess your pain level, offer stretches to complete on your own time, offer water, recommend a comprehensive plan moving forward and then encourage you to reschedule, if thats what you are looking to do. Your first intake will take approximately 15 minutes and each session after that you can expect a 5 minute intake. Your intake will include questions and answers pertaining to how the massage session will go, your level of pain, what problem areas your looking to focus on and a general idea of what can be done in the time allotted for your session. We always schedule enough time to complete an intake assessment and follow up about how you feel at the completion of your session.
